United States Senator, Ted Cruz of Texas, is in Oklahoma this week and he is calling on the state to be helpful when election time comes. The Texas Senator will be making pit stops in Oklahoma City and Tulsa for the closing of his southern tour, Ted Cruz ends tour in Oklahoma City, the city residents can’t stop buzzing about it.
Just this week, the Republican presidential candidate attended a lunch rally, during which he explained that “Oklahoma is going to be vital in this GOP race for President.”
Cruz will be hosting two more campaign events while he is in town this week, both on Thursday, August 13th, at 4 p.m. in Bartlesville and at 7 p.m. in Tulsa. The Bartlesville event will also feature United States Representative, Jim Bridenstine of Tulsa.
The Senator’s Oklahoma tour comes at the tail end of a long southern tour through Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee and Arkansas.
