Oklahoma City Resident's Rights and Responsibilities
As the Shipper (what the customer is called in the moving industry), there are certain Rights and Responsibilities you may be unaware of. I want to take a moment of my time to inform you about them. Your Oklahoma City mover gives you this booklet to provide information about your rights and responsibilities as an individual shipper of your household goods. Your primary responsibility is to select a reputable Oklahoma City mover, ensure that you understand the terms and conditions of the contract, and understand and pursue the remedies that are available to you in case problems arise. You should talk to your Oklahoma City mover if you have further questions.
In the pamphlet you will find information on:
-Service Options Provided
-Estimating Charges
-Pick up, Transportation, and Delivery of your shipment
-Collection of Charges
-Resolving Issues with your move
All of which and more you can find information on, in “Your Rights and Responsibilities” when moving booklet.
Honoring Our Military, Oklahoma Movers, and Fathers Day
So here it is the night before Father’s Day I’m thinking back to old memories of family and friends – and spending holidays together. To any fathers that are reading this Happy Father’s Day!
Sometimes I like to just get away and relax. I like to learn more – so I look for places I can do both at! I went to the 45th Infantry Museum. All I can say is wow! If you like history – and like to honor the soldiers that helped make this the great country that it is – go there!
I saw a lot of great folks and had a lot of fun… It was like a trip down memory lane… It reminded me of going there when I was a little kid. It also brought back other memories, memories of fishing and going for drives…
It also brought back some of those not so fond memories – like having to move. I remember moving as a child, the hot summer sun beating down on us, Dad being upset, yelling, the headaches, and all the body aches.
The funny thing is the last time I moved I didn’t even have to do it myself. I used an Oklahoma mover. I know – I know it seems like each cheating – but now I never want to move myself again. I used Oklahoma movers - All My Sons. The guys came out, they wrapped up my wooden furniture, and I didn’t even have to unpack my dressers! They disassembled my bed; they even reassembled it, and put everything where I wanted it to go! Now I never want to have to move myself again! Looking back I wish dad would have used an Oklahoma mover like All My Sons…
From your favorite Oklahoma City movers, Happy Father’s Day!

Moving Company Helps Great Show!
So it’s no surprise that, when asked to help a family from within its own community, All My Sons rose to the occasion. The ABC program Extreme Makeover: Home Edition selected a remarkable, Seattle area family that found themselves in despair when faced with losing their home, along with its only source of income. Connie Chapin is a single mother of three who uses the family’s swimming pool to produce income, calling her business “Angelfish.” An avid swimmer, Ms. Chapin teaches swimming and life-saving lessons to children, some with disabilities. She has taught more than two hundred children to swim at “Angelfish.”
While the Chapin family enjoyed a complimentary vacation, courtesy of Extreme Makeover, at the Disney Vacation Club in Vero Beach, Florida, All My Sons provided professional packing services to pack everything in the house, from appliances to breakables, providing all packing materials. This great local mover also provided complimentary warehouse handling into storage, sixty days of free storage, and free warehouse handling out of storage, including two deliveries out of storage in Kent, Washington. All of the services, including moving, handling and storage of 21,000 pounds of goods, were valued at $13,000 and were donated by All My Sons.
The scheduled air date for this episode is Sunday, December 16 on ABC.

All My Sons Meets the Internet
So my moving company has had its All My Sons website up for quite some time now, and the good thing is, I don’t have to touch it! They even have a page just for Oklahoma City, which makes me feel very, very special. Imagine my surprise when I, internet-impaired, post generation Tech, innocent I, was forced to claw around in the total darkness of strange websites with sinister names such as MySpace or Facebook.
Actually, the sites are fun. I can connect with other moving companies and movers in Oklahoma, share info, etc. I now have pages on MySpace, Facebook, Yelp, and Blogger. Check them out!
